Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q: Is HeartShift grounded in biblical truth? How do I know the speakers are truly covered and teaching sound doctrine?
A: Yes—HeartShift is unapologetically rooted in the authority of God’s Word. Our team is deeply committed to teaching sound doctrine, not emotionalism or a feel-good message. Every speaker is prayerfully chosen, submitted to Christ, and covered in prayer. We believe that real transformation comes through the renewing of the mind (Romans 12:2), obedience to Scripture (James 1:22), and true surrender to Jesus—not cultural Christianity.
You won’t find watered-down gospel messages here. We are calling women into deep repentance, radical faith, and wholehearted devotion to Christ—just as the early church modeled. We understand the weight and responsibility of speaking God’s Word publicly, and we do not take that lightly.
Additionally, most of our speakers are actively seeking counsel, feedback, and prayer covering from their own mentors and pastors as they prepare. Our desire is not just to inspire but to equip women to follow Jesus with biblical conviction and holy confidence.
-
Q: Is HeartShift affiliated with Kingdom Church?
A: No, HeartShift is a standalone ministry and is not affiliated with Kingdom Church. We are incredibly grateful to Kingdom Church for graciously opening their doors to host this event, but the church is not responsible for planning, leading, or supporting the ministry outside of providing space. HeartShift is independently led by women who are passionate about seeing other women transformed by the truth and power of God’s Word.
-
Q: Can I bring my child or infant to the conference?
A: At this time, HeartShift is unable to provide childcare, and we kindly ask that the event remain ages 16+.
Our host church, Kingdom Church, has generously opened their doors for this one-day gathering, but childcare services are not available, and we want to be respectful of the space we’ve been entrusted with.
We also desire to create a peaceful, distraction-free environment where every woman can fully engage in worship, teaching, and ministry without interruption. While we deeply value motherhood and know that little ones are a blessing, we believe this day is a sacred opportunity for women to encounter Jesus without distraction.
Thank you for understanding, and please know we are prayerfully considering future accommodations as the Lord provides.
-
Q: Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
A: We prayerfully prepare for each woman attending HeartShift, and your ticket helps cover the cost of creating a Christ-centered experience—everything from food and gift bags to worship and the Word. Because these resources are secured in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds.
However, you do have options:
You may transfer your ticket to a friend by emailing us their name, phone number, and email.
Or, you can sow your ticket into someone else’s life by letting us know you’d like to gift your spot to a sister in Christ who may not be able to afford it.
Either way, we ask that you contact us at HeartShiftMinistry@gmail.com to coordinate the transfer.
-
Q: What does my ticket include?
A: Your ticket includes a full day of powerful worship, biblical teaching, Superior Bakery pastries, lunch, a curated gift bag, and intentional time to encounter the presence of Jesus in community with other women. You will also have private access to She Brews Coffee Truck and automatic entries into giveaways.
-
Q: What should I bring with me to the conference?
A: Just bring yourself, a Bible , and a heart ready to receive! If you do not have a Bible, we will have several to give away (at no cost). Your gift bag will come with a notebook and pen to take notes.
-
Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: Seating is first come, first served. The auditorium will open at 8:45. Registration, Coffee & Pastries will be available at 8am in the gymnasium (we will send out a map prior to the event.)
-
Q: Will this event be livestreamed or recorded?
A: HeartShift 2025 is designed as an in-person gathering, and we will not be livestreaming or recording the full event at this time. We believe there’s something sacred about being physically present, worshiping together, and encountering God in community. However, we may share photos or brief highlights afterward on our social media.
-
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: No official dress code—come as you are! We suggest wearing something comfortable for sitting, worshipping, and enjoying fellowship. Modesty is always appreciated.
-
Q: Can I come late or leave early if I can’t attend the whole day?
A: We’d love for every woman to experience the full day, but we understand life happens. You’re welcome to come and stay for as much of the event as you’re able—we’ll be glad to have you there.
