Morning Sessions

1.) In This Together: A Christ-Centered Response to Anxiety (Stephanie Dodson)

Anxiety can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply personal — yet Scripture reminds us that we are never meant to face our battles alone. In this breakout session, women will discover how the peace of Christ and the strength of authentic community work together to quiet anxious hearts.

Through biblical teaching, honest conversation, and practical tools, we will explore what it means to bring our worries into the light of God’s truth and into the care of sisters who stand with us. Together, we’ll examine how unity in Christ frees us from the pressure to appear “put together” and invites us into a shared journey of courage, vulnerability, and hope.

Participants will walk away with:
— A clearer understanding of what Scripture says about anxiety
— Practical, faith-centered strategies for responding to anxious thoughts
— Encouragement to build relationships that support emotional and spiritual health
— Confidence that they are not alone — God is with them, and His people are too

Come and be reminded that in Christ, we carry one another’s burdens, speak peace over anxious hearts, and pursue wholeness together.

2.) Faithful Finances: Trusting God as You Steward Your Home, Budget, and Future (Melinda Hart)

Finances can feel overwhelming, especially in seasons filled with transition, family responsibilities, and the unexpected. In this breakout session, women will explore what it means to approach money with wisdom, confidence, and a heart fully anchored in Christ. Drawing from Scripture and real-life experience, Melinda will share practical tools for budgeting, planning, and navigating financial challenges—especially for women balancing home life, work, and the complexities of neurodivergence.

Together, we will discover how God’s provision steadies us, how stewardship becomes an act of worship, and how financial habits rooted in biblical truth can bring peace rather than pressure. Through honest conversation and accessible guidance, participants will gain:

— A biblical understanding of stewardship and God’s heart for our financial lives
— Practical strategies for budgeting, managing household expenses, and preparing for the unexpected
— Encouragement for those facing financial stress, transitions, or neurodivergent challenges
— Confidence that God meets us with wisdom, patience, and provision in every season

Join us as we learn how to steward our resources with courage, cultivate financial peace, and trust God’s faithful hand in both the ordinary and extraordinary moments of life.

3.) United in Mind: Taking Every Thought Captive Through the Power of Christ (Lesley Jones Weber)

Intrusive thoughts can feel isolating, overwhelming, and even shame-inducing—but they are far more common among women than we often admit. In a conference centered on UNITY, this session invites women to dismantle the lie that they must battle their minds alone. Together, we will step into the freedom that comes from bringing our thoughts into the light and placing them under the authority of Christ.

Lesley speaks from deep personal experience. Having walked through her own painful journey with intrusive thoughts, she found that her only lasting hope and healing came from the Lord. Through Scripture, prayer, and practical tools, Lesley has learned how to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ—and she is passionate about helping other women do the same.

In this breakout session, participants will:
— Understand what intrusive thoughts are and how the enemy uses them to isolate us
— Learn how to apply Scripture to their thought life with intention and authority
— Explore what it means to take every thought captive and bring it under Christ’s Lordship
— Discover how unity in Christian community strengthens us as we face mental and spiritual battles
— Leave feeling supported, equipped, and reminded that we never fight our thoughts alone

Come and be encouraged as Lesley helps us walk in truth, guard our minds, and pursue unity with Christ and with one another—one thought at a time.

Afternoon sessions

1.) United in the Valley: Finding Hope in Christ Through Depression (Sarah Elias)

In this heartfelt breakout session, Sarah shares her personal journey through the darkness of depression—marked by isolation, heaviness, and deep emotional struggle. After realizing her worsening depression needed more support, she sought therapy, which provided tools but couldn’t fill the lingering emptiness. It was in that empty place that Christ met her, bringing true healing, renewed identity, and lasting hope.

Through honesty and compassion, Sarah will explore how unity with Christ sustains us in our lowest moments and how His Word becomes our anchor when everything else feels uncertain. Women will be reminded that depression does not disqualify them from God’s love or calling—God meets us in our weakness and transforms it into testimony.

Participants Will Gain:

  • A biblical understanding of depression and God’s heart for the hurting

  • Clarity on the difference between depression and lament

  • Practical, faith-centered steps for navigating seasons of sorrow

  • Encouragement for supporting friends or loved ones battling heaviness

  • A reminder that healing is possible and unity with Christ is our lifeline

  • Connection with other women who understand the struggle

Come ready to hear a redemptive story, find encouragement, and discover the unity and hope found only in Christ.

2.) United at Home: Finding Christ-Centered Unity in Our Families (Katie Wanberg)
In a world that constantly pulls us in different directions, true unity often begins in the place that feels the most vulnerable—our homes. Join Katie as she shares her story of searching for validation in all the wrong places, only to discover that her identity and worth could be found in Christ alone. Through the joys and challenges of marriage and motherhood, the Lord has gently used her family to draw her closer to Him and to teach her what unity really looks like.

In this session, we’ll explore how embracing Christ as our source of validation reshapes the way we love, lead, and live within our families. Together, we’ll discuss practical ways to cultivate unity in our relationships, invite God’s presence into everyday moments, and build homes marked by grace, peace, and purpose.

Rediscover Christ as their true source of identity and validation, freeing them from the pressure to seek approval elsewhere.

  1. Gain practical tools for cultivating unity within their families, even in seasons of conflict, stress, or change.

  2. Learn how to invite God into everyday family dynamics, transforming ordinary moments into opportunities for spiritual growth.

  3. Be encouraged by Katie’s personal testimony, seeing how God uses marriage, parenting, and family relationships to shape and refine us.

  4. Walk away with renewed hope and perspective, confident that unity at home is possible when Christ is at the center.

Come be encouraged, equipped, and reminded that unity in family begins with a heart anchored in Him.
