Kayla is the founder and visionary behind Heart Shift Ministries. As Executive Director, Kayla provides spiritual direction, oversees the mission and growth of Heart Shift, and leads the overall vision for the ministry. Her heart is to create an authentic, Christ-centered community and to see women experience true transformation through a life rooted in God’s Word.
Founder & Executive DirectorDonovan Moses
Podcast ManagerDonovan leads the production of the Heart Shift Podcast, overseeing scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing each episode. He also collaborates on episode content and promotion, helping extend the message of Heart Shift beyond in-person events. His work allows the ministry to continue encouraging and equipping women in their everyday lives.
Melinda Hart
Melinda serves as the right hand in bringing the vision of Heart Shift to life. She oversees the planning and execution of the annual conference, leads organizational systems and timelines, coordinates speakers and teams, and manages Heart Shift’s communications and marketing efforts. From big-picture strategy to detailed execution, Melinda helps ensure that everything runs smoothly and reflects the heart and mission of the ministry.

Stephanie serves as a key part of the Heart Shift team, helping support planning, decision-making, and event execution. She assists in coordinating logistics, organizing details, and ensuring that gatherings run smoothly. With a heart to serve and a willingness to step in wherever needed, Stephanie plays an important role in creating meaningful and welcoming experiences for every woman who attends.
